You don't need to know everything to start a business
but you definitely need to have this one skill set
and it's the most underrated one, that is
"Sales"
When I was part of Versatile, I was tasked with acquisition.
I was terrible for a few months.
Got 0 sales - even got a solid feedback.
I put in some work, learned how it can be done.
Experimented on LinkedIn - wrote, did cold reach outs.
Guess what! It worked.
We got our first few clients.
One was really big. We couldn't even fathom that!
Then we doubled down on email, SEO etc.
Here's what happened:
→ I got over my fears of getting on client calls
→ Understood value creation
→ Built momentum
There'll be:
[1] No perfect business plan
[2] No perfect opportunity
[3] No perfect moment
If you want to build something meaningful, learn to sell.
This is one underrated skillset that'll give you 100x returns.

Whatever you said plus overcoming the fear of thinking how to do it and what if it doesn't work vs learning while experimenting is again a very underrated skill.
