one lesson: learn to emotionally disconnect from the people around you, especially when building a company. why? starting up is easy; staying up is hard. these emotional moments can either make you or break you.
while building our first startup, the core team consisted of four members: two co-founders and two other key members.
two years later, the team fell apart.
one co-founder left due to personal reasons, and one of the core members decided to go abroad for further studies.
the sad part? All four of us were emotionally connected and had been building together from day one.
we knew each other either from college or through previous jobs.
the structure worked well—two co-founders in sync and two core members supporting them.
we all jelled incredibly well.
it was the perfect team for a startup, but it was short-lived.
one insight: if you can’t create high visual content, create a high value content
one thought: how you shape your workspace. speaks volume about your work. my kind of dream office space.
