one lesson: smaller teams form stronger bonds, leading to a better company culture.
what is it you ask? it is reflection of behaviour of the co-founders or top guys who form the startup.
it strongly exists, develops and takes a structure when the team is small.
it loosely continues when the team is large.
greater the disassociation of top guys with folks below them, lesser the impact of culture, higher the ask of transactional value - give me my money.
one insight: use twisted visual but straight content or use twisted content but straight visual. helps in creating interesting ads or visual content
